i mix mine with a super green powder .. mix it in water and add a little lime or lemon juice .. Fantastic, totally refreshing and your body knows it ASAP !

Everyone should be taking this as a vitamin daily! You can take it on an empty stomach, or after a meal. The benefits as out of this world, amazing! If you have any autoimmune disease or quite frankly any health issue, Spirulina is needed. I use the Hawaiian Spirulina, it works!

Spirulina is sweet when fresh or frozen... others, it has a fishy taste and smell. Either way, It's amazing food.

some people say its way too expensive!!! I paid recently( Feb 2022) 8 euros for 175grammes, so about $8.70c for about 6.25 ounces. I dont think thats too expensive. Its also organic!
