Right. so now I appear to need to get to a point where i can actually do a pull up. So far I can manage a slight raise from hanging. So a ways to go.

Where do this pratts who moan about no legs seep out from? Is there a special festering shit pit where these cretins ooze from when someone hasnt got massive legs? Simonster has very strong legs hence his ability to do one legged backflips. This guy is another level of fitness and strength!
