This is my favorite video so far!

I actually have a cool story. I had two friends. The first friend, after I saw your first video and started on the fullyraw lifestyle, told me he could never eat this way and good luck to me, let me know when you want some meat etc... stuff like that. I didn't get defensive I just kept eating my fruits and veggies. A few days later he sends me a picture of his breakfast and it's nothing but fruit. He now eats at least one raw meal a day and is trying to go fully raw.

The second friend is a guy I worked with. I worked at a restaurant and they had a Vitamix. I would go in, even on my days off, to make my smoothies. When the guy saw me doing this he would make comments, jokingly of course, about how I was eating. The next week when I came into work he told me was thinking about going fully raw.

My point here is that no matter what people say to you, no matter how much they laugh at you, you never know what they are really thinking and how much you are influencing them eating this way. I feel deep down people WANT to eat this way. They just don't know how or they think it's going to be hard or expensive. I like to post, to social media, every meal I eat with quantity, calories, and cost so people see how easy and cheap it can be to eat this way. If you can influence just one person and they influence another person and that cycle goes on you could potentially change the whole world. Anythings possible.

Good luck to everyone! :)))

I have a story to tell you. Well on Thursday I was making the FullyRaw Apple pie. I had blended the dates and figs. Then it came to the apple filling and my parents blender started smoking, so I was doomed. I felt like not making it anymore. Then I realized that this is for my health and I can't quit! So I started manually mixing and smashing the items. I made it happen even though it was smaller than yours. I love it and it also taught me something. To never give up and be determined to reach my goal!

Now I eat salads and mono-meals because no blender = no smoothies. I hope I can strive to be more healthy and win the blender so my parents aren't so mad at me for breaking their blender. Keep up the great work Kristina! YAY BABY

I can't believe how rude some people are when it comes to eating vegan, and especially fully raw. I know this is just another rant comment on YouTube but it really bothers me. I'm trying to eat fully raw and my dad is okay with it but my stepmom is being horrible about it. I'm already skinny but I have been dealing with quite severe acne for a couple years, when I eat fully raw for just a few days I can see a huge difference in my skin. Not only do I feel better but I look better, and acne has been my worst enemy for a long time. My stepmom says that I eat "weird" stuff, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and I don't see how that is weird, she always accuses me of being anorexic which is very insulting. Just tonight she said a few rude things and it really hurt me, it actually made me cry, and I don't think of myself as a sensitive person. But the way she said just made me very angry, and my dad just sits and agrees with her, which pisses me off so much. Anyways, I love you Kristina! You are absolutely beautiful and my biggest role model! I hope someday I can meet you in person. .. If anyone who reads this has similar experiences please comment in reply, I would love to hear.

I'm from Washington and recently in Mariners stadium they opened a stand that is all vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. It was really exciting for me hahaha everyone was teasing me for eating a huge fruit and veggie platter but I was so satisfied I didn't care 🙌🏻

Today I'm making the lifestyle choice to turn into a vegan. I won't be going totally fully raw but close to it, I think beans and grains are really important to have in your diet. I love miso soup so in the near future I'll probably be ordering some tofu and red miso paste. I just took a bite of my first ever date fruit and wow it was so good. I told my colleagues last night this was my last meal with meat before I turned vegan and as I expected my lifestyle choice was turned into a joke for the rest of the night. Wether I get support or not I'm very happy and proud of my choice. I'm changing my life around to be healthier and more successful. I'm kicking my old bad habits so I'm thrilled about that! I feel more conscious and feel like I'm serving more meaning and purpose in life. Thank you Kristina for inspiring me to make this lifestyle choice, your videos have really helped me and I'm sure countless others, your awesome! Wish me luck !

I'm sooo much aware of what I have been ordering the few times that I have been out at restaurants lately!!! I have been doing one to two meals raw, but even my regular meals have been lighter on calories and a lot more green!! My friends don't make a big  deal out of me ordering a salad unless I do so my advice is to live unapologetically when it comes to your diet! You get one body and only you decide how you care for it!

Kristina, I've watched your videos and find them to be fun, informative and inspiring. Today is the first time I heard your story. It brought me to tears. I'm 48 years old. In my late 20's and early 30's my body went through hell on earth. My kidneys failed. While I was on dialysis for four years, I had two bouts of thyroid cancer, and I suffered through a near fatal infection called "peritonitis." Post-transplant I got super sick and went down to 87 pounds. While severely underweight, my appendix became inflamed and I had to have it removed. The doctors decided while they were removing my appendix to explore my abdomen to see why I couldn't keep food down. Adhesions all throughout my intestines from the peritonitis. They cleaned them out the best they could and sewed me back up. I eventually got up to a healthy weight of 130 lbs and I'm 5'5". Fast forward 15 years, thank God, I'm healthy. But my body took such a beating and I suffer from fibromyalgia. I've also become sensitive to certain foods. My mom suffers from severe food allergies and is very limited in what she can eat; so perhaps I've inherited it from her. I'm considering incorporating some of your recipes into my daily diet. I'm hoping it will be life changing. Thanks for the inspiration. Stay healthy!

I have been vegetarian since I was 12. Im now 26 a mother of two vegetarians and married to a vegetarian. My youngest son is allergic to dairy. I want to bring my whole family to the vegan lifestyle with a huge part of it being raw. The problem we are discovering is my older son is starting to feel isolated in the lunchroom at school. I live in California but for some reason we seem to be the only vegans around.

i believe that if YOU ( a nice attractive woman) bring your own food to a restaurant the owner said:" its ok" but everytime i bringt my food to a restaurant ->  the owner tells me i have to eat my food outside^^ maybe its different where you live, but in germany its not allowed to bring your own food (or drinks) to a restaurant. best wishes

I love how passionate you are about a fully raw lifestyle, however it's frustrating how it takes you like 3 minutes to start talking about the topic you use as the video title.

Sorry if I missed it in the video but what about the very common "No outside food or drink" rule?

Exactly! Most plant based vegans seem to think that no eating together = friendship over, which is ridiculous.
