Reports keep coming in that there are a growing number of rebel Belarussian units have also been crossing the border, linking up with Ukrainian forces and being armed with western weapons and captured Russian military vehicles. Essentially forming Ukrainian + Belarus support brigades and fighting Russians to cut off supply lines and retreat routes North of Kiev. Uk wanted with Nato to give Ukraine tanks and jets but thanks to Macron a unanimous decision could not be reached as he objected.
