No he is not
Nikola's iq ranges about 160-310 while Sidis's is 250-300
Nikola's iq is probably around 210-230 While Sidis (Who doesnt have a big range like 160-310) has 275 iq
Also before you talk about "iq tests" not being invented both people were born in the same century and lives in the same century an iq test was invented (also died in the same century)
