One weekend a month, two weeks a year does NOT make you equal to someone on Active Duty! 20 years in the National Guard equal one year of active duty timewise!

Don't worry, Walz has our backs, just like he did for his troops!

I would be very blunt. I would told them I served for 24 years...yeah i retired because I got other things to do with my life. The idea they gonna sit there and judge me. When Vance only did 4 years as a REPORTER yeah he saw no combat. Trump got his doctor to say bone spurs and your gonna complain about me...did you serve for 24 years ok then.

National guardsmen are not full service members they all have day jobs that explains he coaching, school teacher because they all have day jobs and only gets called to drill week or deployment on occasions.

My husband was a senior NCO and served 23 years. He took “The NCO Oath Creed which clearly states he will not use our grade, or position for pleasure, profit, or personal safety”.

I have served in the military long enough to understand the intricacies of deployments and unit dynamics. It is crucial to adhere to orders and commitments, especially when it comes to deployments. In this case, it's evident that the individual in question had processed his discharge paperwork before the unit received deployment orders.

It's a well-established fact that individuals in the military have contracts with specific time limits. Therefore, someone with less than one year remaining on their contract cannot be given long-term deployment orders. Additionally, a year before leaving the military, decisions about staying or departing are typically made.

As someone with personal experience in the military and several deployments, I can attest to the importance of authenticity and integrity in military service. This individual served four more years than he should have, as the standard retirement period is 20 years, yet he served 24 years.

Regarding the issue of combat rifles, it's essential for individuals deployed in combat or non-combat roles to carry their rifles at all times. While there may have been missteps in articulation, it's important to recognize that every individual's service is valuable and honorable.

The truth is on his DD-214! It does not say CMSGT does

Served for 24 years sacrificed his hearing in service to this country, compared to serving four years as a secretary in an airconditioned office, who sacrificed more?

By Vance's own logic I should criticize him not reenlisting in the Marines in 2007 when his gig was up. Bush's 2007 Surge had been announced so I guess it’s cool to say Vance cut and run right when the Marines needed him. Alas, while I’d like to call him a coward who ran away from combat, I prefer veterans who don't defame their fellow veterans so I’ll hold my tongue. Vote blue for veterans 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Who would you like to be in war side by side? JD Vance or Tim Walz?
I choose Tim Walz 100%
Those in the military we all know any master sergeant or command sergeant major are NOT cowards…
Every army knows there sergeants are some of the bravest men in any military..

He kept calling himsef RETIRED COMMAND SGT MAJOR, when in reality, he was a retired Master Sgt per his DD214. And his comments about, "Like the weapons I used in war, " were total BS, and he damn well knew it!

Thank you Gov Walz for your service 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Vance talked about Walz' claim of carrying a weapon in battle. Walz did not serve in battle therefore he lied about carrying a weapon in battle. Vance did not disparage Walz' years of service.

*Every Veteran is trained "in a psychological state war". In preparation for actual war.. Whether its during peacetime or during war against another foe. You live in a "state of war" praying it never happens. Walz never stated, he served in a combat zone. Veterans say they "served in combat". Whenever they served in actual war. This is stupid.*
