First movie was enough. It gave the right messages "don't treat people like shit", "don't lose yourself in illusions", "it is important to have strength", "don't let others to put you down".
I am not planning on watching second movie. I didn't want sequel.

I am gonna watch it either way, The Cinematography looks really good, Joaquin and Gaga’s performances shall be good, the story is what i am concerned about. I don’t trust these online reviews after Babylon ( it was soo good but people were dissing it everywhere)

The first Joker definitely should have been a one-time thing. We didn't need a sequel at all.

I don't mind a superhero movie being a musical. Not only there are the likes of the Music Meister, even Joker himself have a couple of songs, most notably in Arkham Knight, Brave & the Bold and the only "good" addition to that Killing Joke movie.
The problem is they're doing it to THIS Joker who doesn't even feel like the character. Joaquim's Joker, at the end, is very avant-garde who we're supposed to somehow sympathise with as a victim of society, instead of the crazy chaotic clown prince who we laugh alongside with for how entertaining his performance is.

I've no problem with it to be musical, imagine it without musical and the movie is still globally a disappointment, not more, not less. It's just pointless, money burn, it's the joker favorite after all, burning pile of bills. Isn't it just it, Joker, say fuck it and make it ? But I'm still have the feeling, that it is more like "unmaking" Joker.
