Yo. Try the TRANS FX set around 1/2. Instead of working the volume fader to create a chopped FX, the TRANS FX will do it for you. Try cutting the FX to 1/4, then 1/8, and to 1/16 (keeping in time and phrase) if the track calls for it. Do it while using a HPF and you've got yourself a super clean way of recreating the transition you just tried to do manually. 🤙

Cool move 😎👍automating the cut in cut out whit chopper plugin or in the dj software would be a take on this but doing everything on the fly manually is DJ and dub mix skills. Automation is more that you get your cut in / out curve recorded to use in other mixes tempo synced.😊.
