It’s even better if you add nutritional yeast, it gets a bit more of a “cheesy” flavor. I started making that after I saw a recipe almost 7 years ago or something, it’s pretty good. Haven’t made it in a long time though. It doesn’t taste like cheese, but it works when vegan cheese is too expensive. Especially with nutritional yeast

I use to be a chef at a vegan restaurant this was one of the vegan cheese we made same ingredients but we also added steam carrots and nutritional yeast!

When I first went over to my boyfriends house (he's a vegetarian) he asked me if I wanted leftover cauliflower cheese. I said "oh wow! I didn't know you could make cheese from cauliflower. Does it melt like cheese?" And he just started laughing at me so hard. He said "no silly, it's cauliflower AND cheese!"

We still laugh about that. This reminded me of it.

Made this before but I added a steamed carrot… I served it with ground beef and salsa as a queso dip. nobody knew it wasn’t cheese. I’m not vegan, but it’s so bomb! Must try! 🥰
