In Japan, married couples have a legal obligation to remain faithful to each other. Therefore, if one spouse is unfaithful, both the unfaithful spouse and the cheating 3rd party may have an obligation to pay damages to the non-cheating spouse.

India should make laws like this for adultery.

I have never seen Amish ji so frustrated in his videos/video clips... He usually is calm when explaining about innumerable instances of extreme absurdities in Indian legal system. But this one - it transcends all the other absurdities and no wonder this reaction from him.

Check the recent case of Bangalore, where husband died and left suicide note to the public.. bcz he can't pay 2 crore as an alimony to wife but still she was getting 40k per month as an interim maintenance.

just don't marry in india , I'm 19 rn, I know I'm too young to say some bs like this trust me once I visited a family court, my all trust in marriage is broken. in a country where men do not even have the right to protect themself from fasle case, what u can expect for the judiciary system? justice is a joke here . I rather marry a European girl or stay single than fighting in court for 10 years straight. if marriage rate drops, then these law maker will understand how important men are to this country.

Currently drafting an anticipatory bail for a similar matter. I have attached SC, MP HC and Bombay HC judgements. Even Delhi HC has recently given a ruling in a similar matter.

same here in Bangladesh. They go to bed willingly, but later on come up with rape charges.
