Each LED might be addressable, but not with this LED Hue app, and not with the LED Hue BT controller... It lets you run tons of "patterns" and change an entire strips color to a single color, but you cannot tell it, for example, set 10 LEDs to be red, then 3 blue, and the next 5 green, etc...
