It’s also really important to remember that this takes time. New business owners or businesses that have finally decided to use social media for marketing purposes, need to remember that giving this 6 months to 12 months to make a dent.

Too many so called “social media marketing experts” have a hard time telling their clients the truth when it comes to the actual ROI.

Also, the consistency of posting matters. You can’t just post once a day and expect anything in return. Your audience would like to have fun engaging content. You are taking those seconds out of their day and replacing it with your ideas of how to make lives better through your product or service.

Stories are great if they are engaging. The story you tell needs to include your customer. If your just telling stories about your “struggle” or your “big wins” no one will care.

Main objectives of your post should be:
- lead generation
- Lead nurture
- Lead conversion
Everything must revolve around those Three and you must make them go away thinking that they wanna get this result and they wanna choose you
Ex. give them an offer that will lead them to a channel-> lead nurture

Create a branding
( ambitions with a plan )
Make it about the costumers and make it something they engage with and can have a connection with

Story inventory: first you have the original story of who you are and how the business started and so on
Then you have the personal stories that shaped you and made your prospectives
Pick stories that they can resonate with and make them relate to you and have a connection
Always make a strong call to action at the end
80% of the content a story or a value
20% is call to action

I totally agree with having a strategy and creating a more focused content than randomly designing posts and uploading them on social media. It is tiring to do those things randomly but when you have a clear idea, strategy, or a system for your business, it makes communication easier with your audience.

I started a small business about a year ago, I've had difficulties handling social media as I prefer my privacy.
This video truly enlightened me on what I ought to be doing to succeed in business.

I've only created salesy content on my business page. I will focus more on creating content that brings value to my target audience.
