- Build strong and respectful relationships with people in your area so that you will be able to sponsor events and tighten the bond with your community

This is great! So many small business owners don't understand your final 2 points! First they think "followers" or people who show an interest in their business, are almost certainly going to buy from them. In reality, only a percentage do so.

Secondly, they fail to build relationships. They focus so hard on getting the initial sale, they ignore doing even the small things to get customers/clients to keep coming back.
