Great video! I have a request for a video… can you do one on foreign investors looking to invest in UK property? Potential financing issues, tax implications, setting up a bank account, etc. Would be great to know the process from your perspective as a deal sourcer.

Hi Jamie. Own 2 properties in Ltd. Refinancing 2nd to free up 70k. What do you suggest best stragety in 2024? A cheap brrr, buy 2 x turn key 120k properties ( mortgabe) or something diff? My plan is to get to 10 properties in the next 7 years BTW if that helps

Hey Jamie, need your opinion I have one cashed property and I’m living in the second one (mortgage £475pm) my dream house £250.000 will be going on sale and I would love to move into that at some point which route should I take only have £30.000 for the deposit please help

It is possible to really monetise BTLs if you are willing to work a bit harder via The LHA Strategy eg 2-bed in Leeds (Cashflow £700 plus) - look better in Manchester, but not as good in Nottingham (my investment city)

Radon gas came up on search. Solicitor says it’s in the whole city but at low levels. Do I need to be concerned.?
