Can you make a video where you document the steps you took through those 4 years of becoming a millionaire? It's so easy to just say that, but people would love a full report on how its possible to achieve that.

the thing i dont like is the lack of understanding of risk. what happens if interest doubles or a tenant trashes the place. i would love a video on risk management.

We have a second property that we have rented out for nearly 30 years and have to pay tax on the monthly rent we receive. When we come to sell it we have been informed that we will have to pay capital gains tax as it is not our main property. Have I missed where that has been included in your calculations?
We just feel that when we both decide to retire and sell off this property, nearly a quarter of our profit will go straight to the tax man.

Hi just looking for a bit of advice, I currently live in London renting 1900 pm but am looking to move to the south coast, I have found my perfect property but am not quite ready to move down due to my business, hope to move down in a year or so. Potentially would be good if I could rent it for a year then move in.
Is there any around putting down 25% as is a £350, 000 and can't quite stretch to a £89, 000 deposit, any ideas please

But all of the rental is gone on mortgage payments and tax isnt it?
So thats gone. Ok i may get a little gain from rental uplift each year but i may not due to voids, maintenence etc, etc.Then in 10 years when my property is worth £150k i have to pay exit fees and tax if i want to exit with all my wealth. What am i missing / not seeing.
