Great video, and the numbers work in principle. BUT it assumes that all tenants pay on time and that they look after the property AND that the properties themselves are free of problems for the lifetime of the investment. The more properties you have, the greater chance of encountering these issues. Need to be way more picky these days in my view and leave way more headroom.

The usurious banks want an adversarial relationship between the landlord and the renter. The usurious bankers want landlords going through and paying the courts and bailiffs thousands to kick out the tenants. Live stress free! Don’t risk your lives, families, divorce, shotgun etc for the usurious bankers. Yes to Islam!
