The recipe for the moelleux or molten chocolate batter:

100 grams dark chocolate
100 grams butter, room temperature
150 grams eggs
150 grams sugar
50 grams of flour, sieved

Mix the melted dark chocolate with the softened butter.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until it has a pale yellow color and is fluffy. Mix the beaten eggs under the chocolate-butter mixture. Add the sifted flour to the batter.
Put in the refrigerator and let it cool down.
