That banded jointed method helped me alot with my hip Impingement pain while squating.
I dont have mobility issue since then.

This is awesome Doc! I recently took a job which I spend most time sitting at a desk sedentary. In the few months months I spent learning the job I stopped training. I went back to squatting and I noticed my hips tight and now for some random reason have sharp pain in left knee. After squatting it out a couple weeks the pain lessened but still present and now my hips shift badly to the right in the hole of the squat. I will try this out!

My family including college age daughter has right hip pains. I believe they are connected to driving and the accelerator pedal. What has been helping me is barefoot sandals and swings.

Great quality video. I have hip issues on left side from walking lots and i guess it getting tight. I wkll throw these exercises in the mix. The great thing about the touch down is that it can be done at home.

This is great! Any chance you have a patient that has an issue with foot internal rotation that is causing knee swelling? :) I have doing the exercises I saw in other videos for internal rotation but so far it seems to trigger the swelling instead of improving the pain. This channel has been gold: so far I fix hip impingement and I am helping myself fixing shoulder pain, keep it coming!
