My advice is definitely do not attend Full Sail University or Academy of Art. I graduated from Full Sail with my Bachelors in Game Art. I learned more from YouTube, udemy, pluralsight, and peers I made connections with via a maya tutorial channel that became a fb group.

Hey, I'm so happy you guys make those videos, they are so helpful! I was wondering if you guys are maybe considering to make a video on stuff which is important for production modeling? Maybe even basic stuff like: should you scale/rotate in Object Mode, Freeze Transformations, what to consider when making UV's, what shells to put in one UDIM etc. Just basic stuff, because honestly they don't teach that stuff at uni (at least not at mine...) and even if I'm creating a really nice looking model I wouldn't know if the way I bevel the edges is right or if I should scale it differently etc. A video about important things for a production ready model would be so awesome :)

I enjoy the industry talk, I've been training in 3D since 2002, initially, I was a 3D artist wanting to go into 3D modelling for animation. But went through another industry using 3D for event planning. I wanted a job at the time so I took it but I felt I wasted my time there instead of pursing 3D in Animations.
