You can use Windows Movie Maker to rotate a video BUT I found that the quality changed from my original video once I did this. I stumbled upon a way to do it in Windows PHOTO GALLERY; yes, Photo Gallery and the quality of the video was the SAME as the original. You don't even have to rename the video as you will see. So, Open Windows Photo Gallery, Open the Folder of the video you want to rotate, Select the Video from the list and it will be highlighted, Push the Rotate Icon (mine had to be rotated to the right). It will seem like nothing happened until you see in the list you have that same video with (Rotated) after the file name. If you try to exit the program to soon, you will get a warning saying it's not done. Hope it helps. I found it totally by accident, so I wanted to write it down somewhere.
