You only need 10 minutes to make this yummy Harissa Pasta!

Serves 2-3

50g harissa paste
5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
knob of unsalted butter
handful coriander (finely chopped)- you can use parsley if you prefer ✨
pasta water (to loosen)
coarse black pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)
200g spaghetti (cooked al dente)

Coriander dressing:
small handful coriander (finely chopped)
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
salt
pepper

On a medium heat, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the minced garlic, chilli flakes & coriander, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the hairssa paste, butter and paprika, stir to combine. Add the cooked pasta & water and mix well. Allow to simmer for a further 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and coarse black pepper & enjoy 🫶🏾
