Few queries here. I prefer CC mode within my team so that everyone in the team is aware of all conversations going in and out of the team (helpful in case of sick leaves or unavailability). Second, I prefer some conversations on email rather on a call to maintain history ( I mean if I or anyone want to know what was the decision taken for X after a few months, I can simply search). Any other recommendations to avoid email overload for these cases?
