3 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR ANSWERING THE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS HOW WOULD YOU DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT?
JOB INTERVIEW TIP #1 – Always say you will follow the company guidelines in respect of customer complaints.
You should also say you will remember that you are representing their company whilst dealing with the customer.

JOB INTERVIEW TIP #2 – Use the following process when dealing with any customer complaint:
STEP 1. Listen to the customer.
STEP 2. Ask them questions.
STEP 3. Apologize if necessary.
STEP 4. Quickly resolve the complaint.
STEP 5. Check they are satisfied.

JOB INTERVIEW TIP #3 – Say you will look to make any improvements necessary to prevent the same complaint from happening again!

For all the customers who will complain that our products don’t have a price tag. I will just give it all complimentary rather than a customer punching me or threatening my life because they don’t want to go back to the aisle that is so faraway!.
