I want to start learning programming but i am not sure which programming language an framework is better to use and have more jobs in europe and usa.
Some body say .net and another one say just python. I got confused!

What about using WCF (Windows Communication Framework) which uses .NET Framework 4.8. I’m very worried that within a year WCM and 4.8 will be too old and mostly deprecated?
