A Finn here. I have instant coffee just in case a guest wants some😶

A friend from France once commented on how, if you are invited inside someone's home in Finland, the Finn will offer you coffee, tea or something to drink (in that order). After you have accepted *something* even if it is just a glass of water, you drink it with the host at the table.

Only then the "serious/true talking, begins"... I had never realized it, but that is so true😂😂😅

Good points! I have noticed it too that people here can easily make jokes about their personal situations or some jokes about the culture. I really like that. No need to be uptight about everything in life. 😂This was fun to watch! 👍🏽

As a person that has a Finnish friend, I confirm all the above in the video. We didn't actually get along in the beginning. To me as a Latin, she felt a bit strange, like she hated me for some reason I didn't understand, but after having a moment of true honesty, speaking about this openly, accepting cultural differences, it was like cracking a coconut with words, haha, lots of fun followed, love her, super supportive. I hope I'll meet some more awesome Finns in the future. Thanks for sharing, Aleksi!

Yo', I'm from Mexico and my only approach to Finnish culture is Metal and the Dudesons and i fell in love with the camaraderie those guys showed, plus all the landscapes. In here we like to make fun of ourselves too XD . I send you a COOL tropical hand shake my guy!

Awesome list! The first thing I have noticed being here was while watching TV and most of the main persons in commercials were really making fun of themselves! This was unheard and unseen back in my country.. Gotta love Finnish sense of humor - cheers!
