🍷 Life is too short to be wasting precious time on feeling cruddy, unmotivated, and sluggish.

As soon as I started majorly limiting my alcohol intake, I felt a shift in my mental and physical capacity throughout the day.

I’m not going to tell you alcohol is bad, but I will tell you that limiting your intake is guaranteed to make you feel, look, and perform better.

Good for you man, to each their own. I go back and forth on alcohol. It’s bad for sure, but I love it.

Great, thanks for reminding!!! 100% true. Hope myself to stay strong when temptation, peer pressure or disappointment calls in.

I am 2 days without alcohol, and it is fucking hard. It wasn’t every day, but 4-5 days a week with at least 6 drinks sometimes beer, sometimes bourbon.
Either way. I do not want it anymore. I am going to give it my all to get away from it. Thanks for the inspiring video

Here’s the thing “the most out of your day” is relative. The most out of some people’s days is drinking. They’d have way more fun drinking than exercising. And tbh I drink every 3-4 days and I feel completely fine, I don’t really crave it as I mainly smoke weed

I'm with you on this one. Never liked it, hated the taste, smell and effects on the body. There are no benefits to drinking it, it dehydrates you, destroys your organs. Living a healthy lifestyle isn't a choice any more, it's an addiction.

Thanks for sharing your experience Marcus

I enjoy having 1 glass of wine or a beer in the evening while cooking dinner after work. It’s become a bit of a routine. I don’t feel the urge to have any more than that and don’t like feeling drunk.
Even so, I’m the past few weeks I’m making an effort to reduce the amount I’m having over the week and have days without it. To be honest I’m not really feeling any difference from it. Thinking maybe the fact I was only having 1 at a time meant my body processed it sufficiently without much ill effect

The two days after drinking you can feel if you listen to your body and watch the difference. This is a great reel
