I especially appreciate his honesty and intelligence in sharing his own very human experiences and journey. Thank you, Dr. Majd!!🙏🏻❤️

I am impressed that Dr. Iman Majd has represented TCM very well. For example, eating ice cream in the winter is unthinkable to traditional Chinese. We eat mung beans in the summer and red beans in the winter or cold months bcz red beans is a "warming" food. Steaming is cooling. Sick persons can only eat steamed food. Frying is "hot" and inflammatory in TCM. What he talks about is how i was raised outside of China before i came to this country.

I wonder what u think about those who say humans are supposed to be "fruitarians", and I also notice many are eating a carnivore diet ie mostly or just meat !! so much confusion is about !! some of these diets can make people worse and weaker !
