Even starting out you had really good muscle tone. Gopd inserts and decent amounts of muscle. You are the ideal body for a fitness influencer fr. Keep it up and go get that bag

Ive been going to the gym on and off for about 2 years, I was 52kg when i first started and i sit now at like 65kg. I still look at myself in the mirror and see no difference but then I see a video of me back then and I am double the size. Its crazy to know that progress will fall down the drain if youre not consistent, keep up the great work.

Incredible transformation. You obviously have really good genetics. Your starting point is batter than most and even when starting out most people could probably tell that you weren’t in bad shape. Great job and jeep it up mate 💪

This really motivates me in a weird way. I'm 16 years old and never really did sports, but now all of my friends are suddenly obsessed with going to the gym, taking creatine and they're just talking about how many sets each of them can do. Heck, I don't even know what a set is. I have no idea where to start or what is considered right / wrong when it comes to exercising. I don't just wanna do it for aesthetics, I also wanna make sure that I'm in a good condition later on. His "starting point" is honestly my biggest goal atp

I'm roughly the same body type as him (slim, but almost 0 muscle mass), so maybe I'm gonna check on this channel more often

If you've read this far, thanks for sticking with me :) If anyone here has any tips for me on how to get started, please share them, it'd help a ton!

BRO! This is solid. The bulk is being done properly considering that you are still able to maintain solid abdominal definition! Keep it going 🙏🏼

Wait, you still gained 2 inches of height after 17? This really motivated me. Because I'm 5'7 too and had no hope for gaining any height. But i know maybe some posture fix will help. Congrats bro, you just got a new sub🎉

Had the exact same problem of not going consistently for almost a year, but also not having proper sleep. I see it now, very little progress will be made if the only thing you do to gain is working out. There are other factors such as discipline, sleep, eating well, etc. Recently just began putting extra work on all these factors and hopefully it pays off. See you at the top👊🏻

Great video man really motivates me that there are people who kinda share the same story as me. I have been going to the gym for about a year now but most of that time is not consistent this december a switch flipped in me after i took a good look at myself and i started going again building a routine and fixing my diet currently im on a 6.2 and 67 kg frame and things need to change so bad for me so it really helps me seeing that it's possible with hard work keep it up man

New sub, my body type is like the same as yours and so this motivates me even more. I've been putting video games aside and started working out 3-4 days a week at my college. Thanks for the motivation!

amazing video! loved it so much! I am 1 year into my fitness journey and this really inspired me to keep going. Would love to see your workout routine, your push/pull/split workouts- so far I've just been doing full body three times a week, and it really has worked well for me, but I could probably progress faster with a push/pull/split maybe.

Literally in the exact same boat. Finally really started getting into lifting back in April of this year, lifting every other day, so about 4 days a week. College started back up and now I’m going every morning 5 days a week, resting on weekends. I started at 134 lbs and I’m up to 140 lbs currently. But at the moment I feel like I’m at a lull, I’m extremely toned and have improved my strength some, but not as much as I feel like I should by this point. If you could share workout routines you’ve used that would be awesome!

Hey Sam. Half a year ago i was 5'6 at 50kg, only then did i finally realise i was skinny af and needed fixing. Now im 5'7 and 57kg. I'm not here only to share my progress but to ask for advice. I haven't done bulk yet. I started doing body excercises along with tennis (which ive been playing for 4 years). Should I do bulk at my age or maybe after my body develops a bit more, also do i have a chance to grow a bit taller cuz thats my biggest insecurity.
Btw keep up the work big guy 💯
