Most of beginners won't be able to do 4 sessions of bjj and 2-3 sessions of kettlebells.

I miss the days I could train 6 times a week. Families grow, priorities change, bjj was the thing I can cut back on. I would kill to be able to train 4 times a week.

Kettlebell sport is great for strength and conditioning for BJJ. Snatching for 10 minutes straight has a direct correlation to your gas tank during a roll. The top guys in the world are snatching 32 kg (70 lbs) for 10 minutes with only one hand switch. There are plenty of competition videos on YouTube.

Oddly enough, this has been my precise bjj journey. I liked lifting like that in the first place, wendler 531 style so it suited me anyway

I used to go to bjj gym 3 times a week, and I was complete burnout, starts with 40min wrestling session, 2 hr bjj, and 1 hr striking. This is beyond my recovery capabilities, and one day I almost passed out after the wrestling.
