working on my weakest areas getting prepped for my 100m season opener outdoors in a months time. Really trying to up my MaxV ceiling and open strong so next few weeks are super crucial. planning to open with a 100m possible a 200m and 4x4 relay (im scared of running the 400m). Planning to run minimum 7 comps this year possibly up to 10 depending on some factors. Olympic trial qualifying time is as well 10.55 so will have to run 10.60 minimum to have chance to make it so I'm gonna give it my best shot have to run it by June 1st so will have 3 chances to qualify so its sink or swim time!

Great vid, your sprint training is so fun to tune into every week! Do you have any tips on sprinting relaxed and how to do sprint relaxed well because I tend to tense up while running?
