I'm trying to figure out what femininity is. Please help me if you can and want to. This is what I got so far:
1. Prioritize yourself
- Do what you love (hobbies, socializing)
- Create chaotically (arts, projects)
- Take time for yourself
- Surround yourself with what you love (people, home)
- Channel anger into rage (create and destruct)
2. Stay calm
- Take time to calm down, and be present (meditate, do nothing)
- Focus on your body rather than rationality
- Don't perform/work too hard
- Don't control: let life be
- Don't fill every silence
- Allow yourself to be mysterious/don't focus on proving yourself
3. Present yourself with grace
- Dress feminine
- Take care of yourself
- Hold a delicate posture
- Personalize how you dress
4. Communicate tenderly and clear
- Use a feminine voice
- Use polite language
- Express your desires
- Talk tenderly, clearly, and mainly through showing rather than talking
5. Don't fight
- Let men be free
- Respect men
- Keep peace
- Don't criticize men
- Allow men to be unexpressive about their emotions
- Allow yourself to disagree
- Don't require people to agree
6. Be thankful
- Honour men's protection and provision
- Receive men's affection
- Show appreciation
7. Listen actively
- Read and consider people's emotions

- Don't fill every silence
8. Be joyful
- Be playful (in conflict too)
- Enjoy your time
- Remind people how great it is to be a woman and to be alive
9. Focus on your body
- Direct your spirit before your action
- Don't focus on rational debate
- Sit down and relax
10. Be down to earth (humble, unentitled and confident with boundaries)

This is great advice Lisa! If you don't mind, I will share my point of you and hope to hear your thoughts on it.
You often refer to Angelina Jolie but I find her energy more intimidatingly dark feminine, which is seductive but often attracts men who are just looking for a challenge and excitement. Last night I watched the movie Clueless and was amazed by Cher Horowitz's dazzling light femininity! Everything about that character was high-value but light feminine rather than dark and I found it so much more attractive. She was kind, playful, light-hearted, giving and highly feminine but had strong boundaries, high standards and clear goals for herself. Her character is a perfect balance of light and dark femininity, with a touch of innocence while Angelina Jolie type characters always look like they're deceptive and unhappy at their core. When you think about it, all the femme fatales you refer to seem sad deep down, while the light feminine characters like Cher Horowitz in Clueless, Brigitte Bardot in God Created Woman, Grace Kelly in High Society, even Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's all exhude a bright joyful energy that translates into irresistible charm. In conclusion, femme fatales mesmerize men, but light feminine women shine the brightest. 💖

This is a big problem in todays society. We got taught to be competitors to men. That we always have to proof our worth, how intelligent we are, how capable and independent we are and that we need to work ten times harder then everybody else just to be accepted.

And that's called feminism??? "Modern Feminism" is just the biggest lie of all. That killed our feminine energy and anything that made us feel comfortable in being a feminine woman.

I always take others advice with a grain of salt. Lisa has always provided great information and I intend on remaining a strong creole woman with a strong personality. Cultural distinctions matter and certain demeanors may not seem alluring to YOU but someone else might be delighted at your unique and sassy energy!

Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself and not accept bad behavior. If you are strong, be espresso in a world of decaf! Y’tú sabes!
