I've listened to a few different Youtubers talk about Skinwalker Ranch. But, I think, this is the 1st time I've heard of odd activity increasing after the Shermans do any digging.

In 1970, my best friend was driving with several other friends on 1-80, headed west, and were just north of this area. It was late at night and suddenly a huge bright light came on and, according to her, was "everywhere." It was as bright as day. They could not see an origin of the light - it just was there. The car had died and the people in the car were terrified. After several minutes the light just went off and the car restarted.

LOVE this story. I’ve heard it before, but it makes my skin crawl everytime! I live in Utah, and happen to know the current owner. I don’t think I’d ever go near the place. I live 3 hours away and have never gone there (on purpose) but I have about 20 first hand accounts from friends about weird stuff in the area, ranging from little people to actual skinwalkers to other unknow happenings. Call me superstitious but you can only disregard so many storys coming from so many people for so long. Theres some crazy stuff over there.

Skinwalker is wild man, it's more like a Trickster kinda phenomenon... I mean the disappearing cows, the crazy pranks... its insane!

You forgot to mention that when Terry Sherman and his son walked back to the ranch after following the huge wolf, they checked the piece of flesh that had come off the wolf due to the shot and it looked like it had been there for days and days. It was smelly, old, decomposing. Yet it had only been on the ground for about 10 minutes or so. Absolutely strange, weird and crazy.

November 2019, a guy I was dating decided we needed to visit this place at night (we were OTR trucking, staying at Sap Bro truck stop in Salt Lake City). The 1st place, boring except for a low deep humming. 2nd stop on a ridge nearby (in the dark) rocks thrown at us, lights in the distance growing & dimming and a state cop (understand on the Rez usually patrolled only by native cops) inquired why we're on the side of the road. BF insists we stay the night. I dreamt being watched. Daybreak found upside down elongated handprints on my car. He proceeds to ask locals about skinwalkers (whom won't discuss, bad mojo). Was BF throwing the rocks? He insisted not him but when he stupidly decided to pursue cop, small rocks rolled off my car and when we rounded the corner... cop gone. Deserted road.

I loved the extra details you gave, coz every other time I've heard the story, it's been rushed by the narrator, which doesn't keep my attention gripped to it as much, so thank you. I live in England and although we've got haunted woods and some really eerie places, I don't know of anywhere like skinwalker ranch. I'd love to go spend the night there but not alone.
