M-63 Plamen MLRS is a Yugoslav product designed in 1963, though Croatia as a former Yugoslav socialist republic probably made their own models based on M-63. Serbia also still use it on mounted on a truck platform.

The main problems are the lack of mobility and the long preparation time. Maybe it was good in the second war, but today it is outdated.
