I weigh 118.5 pounds and i'm 5'6 at 14 yrs old. The doctors told me that I should weigh around 140-143 pounds, but I see this as too big. I'm currently having severe constipation problems, and after lying down or sitting, I get very light headed and my vision darkens. My blood pressure was low, and my heartbeat was faint, to were they had to measure it under my shirt because they couldn't feel it enough. A lot of my shoulder bones stick out through my shirt, and I sleep throughout the day due to low energy, and to stop my hunger pains. I was also told that if I continue not eating enough food, that I could have heart failure which can be fatal. Even after hearing this I still continue not wanting to eat, and having severe body image problems. I'm currently getting help from an eating disorder clinic, but I fear that it wont be enough to stop me.

Usually I eat 1200 calories, burn 1000 to 2000 calories a day. (1800 maximum if I go off track) I do *not* have any eating disorders, I just don't have that much of an appetite
(I'm 18, 5'2 and I weigh 99.6 Lbs)

I’m quite muscular but have also put on a slight amount of fat, I am 73kg and 5 ft 6 but want to excel in my callisthenics and relative strength.

I actually did an extreme diet for a few months where I barely ate anything. I list about 60 pounds but then I hit a stopping point about 20 pounds away from my goal weight. Now I am doing a combination of carb cycling and hiit workouts.

Drew the thing is. I only had 424 calories today but I am not hungry I can one bowl of mac n cheese and be good for hours on end when it comes to gaining the weight back then idk cause I don't over eat I usally just have a bowl of mac n cheese and lean chicken. But I wanted to ask you if it's possible to lose weight without eating veggies cause I can't I've grown up jot eating them so when I try I gag / throw up could you help me and give me suggestions on how much calories I should have a day I am a 16 yo with 340 pounds or so

Diet is will power... I went on a 500 calorie a day diet 3 months ago.... I was 273. I got to a point I was losing a pound a day... About 3 weeks ago I raised it 750-1000. I slowly added in more calories ever other day. I am approaching 210 losing now a pound about ever other day with my goal to be 200. My idea is to slowly work up to eating 1200 to 1500 calories for a Normal eating as I approach 200. Did I go through hunger bouts, yep.. and plateas, at least 3 times ... But sticking with it, giving my body a little more calories during a platea and then backing back down got my body to start losign weight again.

Always keeping in mind to keep my carb intake to less than 20g

2 eggs in the morning with deli ham or roast beef
Bannana in there for snack
pre-paired salad from safeway for lunch
sensible dinner... usually chicken or some other protein.


it works, and it is ALOT of will power.

The body needs to get those missing calories from somewhere!! The body can't drop its maintenance to 1000kcal a day... You are not a bloody plant!!! Keep going that extreme diet baby and don't give up!!!
