yes but some people have to work in the morning and some don't so some stay up late whilst the other in the room next door wants to sleep and have to get up at 5am

Sir actually i do my work in night and in day i sleep almost 9 to 10 hours, so there is any issue that can create in my body...plz sir tell me.

Help. My father is having a trouble sleeping for 6 months now. He lost weight, and he is not that cheerful person like he was. He also starting to get more nervous and his heart starts to beat faster when he gets shock. For example, when we drop something, it would make him shock. This week, he fainted and confined to hospital. He was able to sleep while he was in the hospital. But when he discharged, he started to having a trouble to sleep again.

What can we do? I notice that he gets weaker and weaker and it really bothers me.

It's 4AM and if I sleep I'll be late AF since I have to leave for school later at around 5:30. :(
