I just had a thought, growing my own grain to make spawn might be fun, but youd need to make sure the soil is full of mycelium to grow the wheat to then grow the mycelium.

New here. I’ve followed the sterilization step and bought 6 prefilled wheat grain and bought 3 different strains. So far the golden teacher is slowly growing or spotting and it’s been a month (has been cold) I bought it oct 5 the other 2 Z and Lizard ended up greening out for some odd reason. Pretty bummed!!
