Alderaan / Star Wars Planet Lore

In this episode of Star Wars Lore we take a look at the planet Alderaan and it's culture. Many in the galaxy viewed the planet as the jewel of the galaxy.

I wonder what happened to the other planets in the star system when Alderaan was destroyed. The change in gravitational forces would slowly disrupt the orbits of the other bodies in the star system.

Thought Coruscant was the heart of the Republic. To some extend, Alderaan considered its soul. The soul of the Republic.

I gotta say, one of my favorite things about Swtor is the complicated conflict between all the Great Houses. So much lore and history on one planet. Great video!

I never understood why Alderman wasn't explored more in the prequels.
Episode I to III should have taken place there instead of Naboo would have made the impact of its destruction in Episode IV that much more disturbing
