Mines says iTunes could not contact the iPhone software update server because you are not connected to the internet I mean we'll I haven't back it up in 62 week

I tried to create a backup for another phone cuz mine is dead, but in itunes my backup just dissapear like i never had one backup

No, of course there are specific cases were just doesn’t work, but most of the time you can just force reboot and it works if you’re looking for a way to fix it you’re welcome you force reboot by holding down the volume up volume down and power button for around 15 seconds until Apple logo pops up if it’s taking a while
