Deadlift is the king. So many people say to not do it as it's a waste of time, but my back blows up harder when deadlifting than doing anything on back day lol and hamstrings was cooked for almost a week

That hair blow got me falling over 7 times and accidentally buying you a ring.

I used to hate sumo, as I’ve matured I have come to the conclusion that both have their own benefits.

I love sumo because of the glute and lower back focus. Plus, if you have a weak conventional deadlift and your knees buckle, you can use sumos to strengthen your hip adductors, and use the abductor machine to train the eccentric, further strengthening the stabilizing muscles that keep your knees from shaking and buckling.

Anyone else noticed he lifted a plate more on sumo?

Objectively conventional would be, but let's not gatekeep fitness. It's more important to like the exercise enough to keep pushing yourself and progressively add weight.

I use sumo when i want to hit adductor on leg day, and conventional on back day.

Did you notice that he was bricked up when conventionally deadlifting

Sumo is better glute builder because hip is 3D joint and because of that the ROM is similar but in sumo u can put your glutes under more tension

Imo sumo is better. Why? It has more activation in the legs. What makes the conventional hard is that it uses more back muscles. Deadlifts should be targeted towards the legs not back. Me personally, sumo is better (both are good).

Deadlifts require a lot of time if you are planning to do atleast 3, 4 sets, due to lack of time I prefer not doing them.

Sumo deadlift have no place in bodybuilding, only in powerlifting you see people do that shit.

I prefer sumo overall, for some reason I completely suck on conventional deadlifts as in I can't even get the form right and have constant pain which I don't get from sumo at all

Do straight legged deadlifts for a real good stretch on the glutes and hams

I don't know why but I feels like Conventional is way more easier than sumo and why It is hyped up like It is easy to do sumo than doing conventional meanwhile it is completely opposite! 🧐
