Here are the two main variations of Deadlift you want to get good at performing.

When doing a Conventional Deadlift, this will emphasize your Posterior Chain which mains everything from the back side of your body. (Glutes, Calves, Hamstrings, Lats, Traps) etc. ⚠️

If you like doing Conventional Deadlifts, do them as they get you stronger overall.

However, when doing a Sumo Deadlift, this will shift the leverage to your Inner Thighs and Glutes. ✅

I always do Sumo deadlift. no pain for my lower back.

Try to lower the weight and do a slowered negative. I don't know why but it put also my quads in fire
