I really appreciate your videos. Your videos are informative. With my situation, Gastro issues, such as dismotility, Barrett esophagus, esophageal spasm, dysphagia, severe asthma, joint pain, incidence severe food allergies. Chronic neutropenia, low ferritine, leukopenia. Chronic infection and many hospitalizations. Currently, dealing dry eyes and seen specialist and stated" I think you have sjogrens disease. This specialist was in UAE, and was on a trip there. However, once again critical ill and landed in the hospital in UAE. Once returning back to North America, the ER, noted my history and stated your serology for autoimmune disease is negative even this time I had protein in my urine. There dx was viral infection. My medical issues were GI and Asthma. I have been on immunotherapy injection for my asthma 10 years ago by my allergist. My Asthma and GI issues subsided, but returned back in 2021 severly. Mind you, my younger days I had menagittis and was saved and doctor stated it was isolated incidence. I believe my illness is related to autoimmune.

I live in Sacramento. For some reason, we suddenly have a shortage of rheumatologists. Are docs leaving standard care for higher paying cities or senior only care? I almost died in 2018 due to ER docs and hospitalists decisions to send me home. I’ve been seen at Sutter, UC Davis, UCSF…I’m still looking for gastro help. I have gastroparesis - how does this affect my CellCept 1500 mg x 2) and Plaquenil (200 x2)medication? And, the Protonix (x2), Pepcid generic (x2)and Sucralfate (x4)?
What are the impacts on the drug interactions?
