Sooo what is the treatment? Liposuction? What's the point of highlighting the problem if you ain't gonna give a solution

I don't know how so many people are missing the point, but this made a lot of sense to me. Conquering a problem requires understanding how it functions! This helped me understand WHY I have cravings when I cut my calorie intake. I've been obese nearly my whole life, so it makes sense that my brain has let my body become "comfortable, " like a routine. Those of you looking for weight loss advice; there's tons of motivational and educational videos. I hope everyone watching this can lose the weight and feel healthier and feel better about themselves.

I guarantee you if you diet and exercise you will lose weight. 3 years ago I developed a mental disorder that made me depressed, inactive, and consume higher amounts of calories. I gained so much fat and had such bad eating habits that I would struggle to breathe or move for about an hour and a half after having eaten. It took me some time (6 months) to get me out of it but I did it. I began to drink green smoothies and run a lot. I had lost over 35lbs since my weight gain and now am able to run up to 8 miles in an hour. I love my new lifestyle so much. I try to encourage everyone to do the same because to me living with obese is utterly miserable compared to my everyday run. I’m glad I was able to do it.

I struggle with weight and I always have. I remember one day I was being told by my doctor to eat less and exercise more. I did that and it worked a little bit, at first I lost 15 pounds and was so happy. So I stuck to the advice but I couldn’t lose more. I still stick to the diet and exercise and while I’ve never lost weight I’ve also never gained that weight back. It just sucks when people judge you based on your looks when they don’t even know the half of what’s going on. Please please please don’t judge fat people without knowing about they’re circumstances. For example when I lost that 15 pounds I was happy, but as soon as I went out in public I was getting looks and comments. That immediately broke me, I had just done something I had never thought possible and I got looked and stared at. And please if anyone has any advice on losing weight I’d love to hear them. Thank you for your time ❤️

At my best I’m at 180, currently sitting at 220. For the better part of 2 years I was depressed, I didn’t know why I was so sad and tired all the time. It’s time to get my shit together and get back in shape, good luck to you all.

I did act. Ate whole foods, controlled my calorie intake, and started working out. No longer obese. Stop telling people they are powerless to do anything about it. For most people, eating the right food, in the right amounts, and exercise, works.

Lost 56 pounds in 7 months. Definitely not easy. But the break down is I ate healthy foods such as chicken, vegetables and low cal foods. no fast food or sugary foods. I Did cardio 6 days a week and lifted weights. Now I’m in the best shape of my life. It’s all about how bad you want it. Do you want it more then that pizza? Simple. Choose what you want.

It’s mentally difficult to deal with hunger but eating foods that are low calorie but fill you up helps high protein foods clean carbs and clean fats help you beat the hunger while not going over your calories

Exactly, I feel like people look at me and think I sit around and eat McDonald’s all day but the truth is I’m pretty active. I work a lot and clean a lot. My diet isn’t perfect, i do hate exercise, I am a picky eater but I still eat better than quite a few people I know who are even smaller than me

When I was a young lad, I would simply lose 1 or 2 kg by eating some healthy foods like salad for example or other vegetables for about a week, but as I became an adult and started 'growing up' I find it hard to lose weight, now I have to work out hard and regulate my diet for about a month just to lose few kg
