I'm 35 with no history of migraines but have these white spots. My doctor asked me about MS symptoms but I had none of those so she's just gonna have me do another in 6 months. I just hope it's nothing serious.

I did new brain MRI that white matter lesions have increased since last MRI. Why the lesions increases? I get bad SOB during and mid cycle while asleep that change my sleep sound and i get very bad headaches. Which i think is due to the lesion in medula. Also i had a fall on Jan 2017 and on this MRI i see mild edema on affected rigth hemispher . Since fall and head injury in Jan 2017, still i get dizziness time to time. Anytime i do sternouse activity, on my periods and if i get panick attack still after 18 months from fall i get pain on location of fall on my scalp. Why?

Findings:

There is mild sized area of hyperintense T2 / FLAIR and isointense to low T1 signal in t right occipital lobe. This extends towards the cortical region towards the periventricu white matter. On post contrast images, there is peripheral enhancement along the med aspect of the signal area. This is suggestive of a non-hemorrhagic ischemic infarct in t right occipital lobe. This is responsible for the right homonymous hemianopia.

pls explain

I am 20 years old and was diagnosed with white matter disease at 19. They said a handful of Americans have it in there 20s or younger. I had to go 4 times a year for and MRI and eeg and then they decreased it to 2 times a year I am on medicine daily and nightly for it. I have to go back here very soon. My medicine is no longer helping. They have told me that there is no cure but if monitored correctly you can live a normal life.
