In most budget situations i would recommend buying gpus used as most work just as well as new but come with a huge price reduction, thats how i was about to get a 3080ti for about $600 (half the msrp) which works perfectly.

I don't understand why the I3 12100F is not present on more price range, it can service a RX 6700XT very well and is still the best CPU for combos under ~600$

I went for a 7900xtx but i couldnt really justify a 7800x3d with my budget, it couldnt fit, and most people say that a 7700 is more than enough for it with no bottleneck.
So i went for that combo, will build the pc soon.

For MSFS 2020 play exclusively on my PC, I know, but I use it for flight training. Nvidia is still the way to go with this title for DLSS 3 support.. For my use case the 4070 is and 7800x3d the best combo by far.. 4080 and 4090 are just overkill with no real upside until MSFS supports multi thread support hopefully next year. Gotta buy for use case people, don’t forget that!
