Sam...Thank you for your service. My Dad was Air Force (68-72) and was a Crew Chief on RF-4C #68-0567. I myself am a Desert Storm Veteran. I served in the Navy aboard USS LaMoure County (LST-1194). I was in from 1990-1996.

For those of you are aware Sam is being very modest, specifically when he is referencing his time with the Thunderbirds. The Thunderbird pilots flying leave very few outs if something goes wrong so they need 'perfectly' maintained aircraft without compromise. Sam, thank you for your service and should we find time I would greatly enjoy talking airplanes. P.S. Ironically, I got the money for my pilot license by detailing cars for people in town starting at age 14.

Sam... It's been amazing to watch you on Garrett's channel. I've always noticed you never seem to stop moving, always have a cleaning rag in your hand polishing one of the cars. It's impressive for someone of any age. Now that I have subscribed to your channel and learning more about you. You definitely shouldn't dismiss your military career as nothing much, especially during such a horrible time in the world with Vietnam and all.. Thank You isn't really enough for the amount of respect you deserve for your time in the service...
