In this 20 minute one dumbbell full body hitt workout we will be jumping between 20 second intervals to 40 seconds and back to 20. This way you'll be keeping your body guessing and working at a faster pace giving you faster results.

I'm grateful for all of Faisal's sessions, but this is my favorite. It's a solid workout for the whole body. I must be getting stronger, as I've increased my dumbbell weight! Thanks from California, Faisal!

My wife and I just did this. Our legs feel wobbly lol We are both laughing trying to pick up cheerios our kids dumped on the floor because it was so darn difficult. Looking forward to more workouts!

Love it, didn't expect it to be too challenging going in but can almost see the gains straight away into the last round. This one is going in the weekly rotation. 💪👌

I randomly found one 4kg dumbell and then found this. I did this last year 6/7 days a week whilst eating in a calorie deficit, but I basically ate everything except chocolate and fizzy drinks. It was mainly to tackle my back fat. I know you can't spot reduce, but that's what I wanted gone most, and this workout got rid! I put on about 30 kilos after giving birth 5 months ago and starting again tomorrow. It will be hard to restart, but I know I will not be disappointed. I don't even put on music or anything his comedy is enough 😂
