North Korea's state-run television aired a dramatised video of its latest missile launch on March 25, 2022, a day after South Korea and Japan detected the country’s first long-range test since 2017.

The footage released by KRT shows the missile launch from multiple angles. It ends with the country’s leader, Kim Jong-un, and officials cheering after the launch.

The intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), Hwasong-17, is the largest liquid-fuel-powered missile ever launched from a road mobile launcher, analysts said. It is potentially capable of reaching any target in the US.
