That is just sad. Imagine how unfortunate it would be to be born there. That could’ve been us.

It's crazy how in 2023 there is still a country like this that's basically a prison, & there's nothing people can do about it

It's so sad.

He has such a lovely gentle warm voice. I hope he can be reunited with his sister

I hate how all of us in all the other countries watch this happen to North Korea and are helpless to them.

I can’t begin to imagine the pain he must feel knowing what happened to his sister. It must be almost unbearable. He’s so strong.

When he said “I miss a lot”
I was so surprised thinking: oh do they have a good education? Maybe good manners, clean streets, something related to way of l-
“My sister. She got tortured.”

My mind feels like it’s gonna snap every time I hear about a North Korean experience. I wonder how they know what happens to their family members. How do they keep in contact/receive news?

My heart goes out to all the innocent people born there! It's so sad how they treat their own!!! Bless this guy. 🙏❤

The fact that these people are still able to smile and seek after life is inspiring and humbling to say in the least.

Just proof that we live in a very privileged society and we could all probably use a little perspective on what true suffering really is.
Praying for this gentleman, his family, and all those seeking freedom.

Keep speaking out that’s what they don’t want you to do, we are stronger in numbers. I’m so sorry for your sister and having to endure North Korea

Such a shame . A country like this should not be allowed to exist in this world, life is hard enough , and leaders who are cruel should not be allowed to live.

I wish they would make these videos seen more all over. That way a lot of people here in the US can understand what real problems look like….
