Oh whoa! I was no more than a wet behind the ears pup when I started watching Star Trek, way back in the late 1960's. I am awed by this film. I am thrilled to be able to go back in time and re-experience youth - in all it's terrible glory.

I agree that it was built somewhere else, in secret, but don't think it is from another timeline or alternate universe. We did enough of that in the last film.
This is not the Abramscelsior though. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is USS Darkness.
