Great advise. Just need to get a paycheck to do this. I get paid the 15th and 30th. So it's basically holding the deposit from the 15th until I get paid again on the 30th.

I'm fortunate enough for my monthly expenses to be well below half of a biweekly pay. So I pay all my bills/write all my checks (and schedule them out with my Banking App) the second I get my direct deposit. But once student loans hit me again I'll be needed to switch my method. This could work
